Upcycling Project

Growing up in the Northern Black Forest, I have always felt deeply connected to nature. At the same time, I have been moved by what it means to be human in all its facets – the search for a life that feels authentic and alive, and the question of what it truly means to feel healthy and connected on all levels.
After studying Educational Science and Sports Science, I worked in a residential care setting for young people, supporting young adults in challenging life situations both in group settings and one-on-one.

My love for surfing and a growing desire to meet myself more deeply eventually led me to Portugal. This time was less an escape and more a conscious inner arrival: a process of coming closer to myself, layer by layer, held by experiences in nature, inspiring teachers, and the honest journey through my own healing processes.
Today, in my practice in Gernsbach, I support people in reconnecting with themselves, feeling their bodies, and finding their own inner strength. My work is body-oriented and holistic, drawing on training in Thai Yoga Massage, Osteothai, Craniosacral Therapy, Acupressure, Energy Work, Meditation, Yoga, and MBSR.

Singing is a simple yet deeply moving way for me to connect with others. In singing circles, voice, sound, and vibration create a shared space that supports and unites. Accompanied by guitar and various percussion instruments, I offer a range of programs in clinical settings and private settings.
My love for nature, my enthusiasm for surfing, and my need for creative expression led to the creation of the upcycling project Nalu Project, which I run with great enthusiasm and in loving, long-term cooperation with Portuguese surf schools.

In addition to body-oriented work, my work as an educator remains a cornerstone of my practice. This work teaches me to listen carefully, to create spaces of safety and trust, and to strengthen people in their autonomy and dignity.

I hold spaces for healing and growth—not because I know everything, but because I have often walked through them, searching and growing. My own healing processes have shown me how profoundly life can change and how important safe spaces are where we are seen, held, and accompanied.
