In seminars and workshops, I support people on their journey back to their creative power. Through various creative methods such as upcycling workshops, as well as excercises for finding and expressing your inner voice thorugh toning and singing. I create space for self-expression, connection, and inner movement beyond the demands of performance and judgment.
